Easy steps to selling your property with Chersun

We go and have a look at your property and give you a valuation based on similar properties in the same area

If you wish to proceed with us then we would take photos and a video tour and put up a ‘For Sale’ Sign

We do all viewings from interested parties

Inform you of an Offer

Negotiate on your behalf an agreed price between yourself and the prospective buyer

When offer is agreed we normally take buyers to a solicitor to start the process unless they have already done this

You then just need to contact your solicitor and they will liaise with the buyers solicitor

Non Refundable Deposit is paid to you.  If the buyers pull out of the sale you are entitled to keep the deposit but if you pull out of the sale then you would need to refund the deposit to the buyers.

If the property is being sold fully furnished then we would draw up an inventory to be signed by you and this would be attached to the reservation contract

When completion date agreed your solicitor can act on your behalf and complete the sale if you have given them Power of Attorney

Sale Proceeds paid into your Spanish bank account less our fee of 5% + IVA
